Theres a choice presented today for you - faith or fear.
Faith shines light into the dark.
Fear lies and says there is no light.
Choose faith.
Remember:
Love without truth = lies.
Truth without love = kills.
Choose love.
It’s not fluff.
It’s not inaction.
It’s not weak.
It is always needed.
Love is especially needed in uncertain times, hard times, difficult times.
A kind gentle word can turn away wrath.
A decision to rise above it all and remind those in your direct vicinity they are important to you - no matter what.
One day, our journey in this rock will be done. Every act of love will matter. I have learned that I never look back with regret on acts of kindness.
Consider the words of MLK:
“And I say to you, I have also decided to stick with love, for I know that love is ultimately the only answer to humankind’s problems. And I’m going to talk about it everywhere I go. I know it isn’t popular to talk about it in some circles today. And I’m not talking about emotional bosh when I talk about love; I’m talking about a strong, demanding love. And the beautiful thing is that we aren’t moving wrong when we do it, because John was right, God is love. He who hates does not know God, but he who loves has the key that unlocks the door to the meaning of ultimate reality.”
